So I just found out that people going to JC don't have to pay the full adult fare for travelling.

Really? Are you kidding me?

Well so much for anti-discrimination policies, equality, and whatnot.
This is complete and utter bullshit.

Why, is it because you (MOE/LTA/whoever) feel that JC students are more valuable?
Their education matters more and hence they can be discounted on their transportation fees?

"Oh! Poly students only graduate with a diploma and eventually earn less than JC grads who have a degree, SO LET'S MAKE THEM PAY THE FULL FARE WHEN TAKING PUBLIC TRANSPORT AT THIS STAGE OF THEIR LIFE. Not like they're gonna make it right? JC students are top priority, no?"

Yes, that seems completely logical to me.
