Indeed, things have changed.
We've all changed.
Sometimes I'm not even sure who I really am anymore.
Guess that's the worst part,
reminiscing about the past and how exhilarating it used to be,
then having to push it all aside because, you know, life goes on.
Nostalgia can be quite a pain sometimes.
I still have your letters too.
Guess neither of us remember what exactly we wrote on each other's letters.
And I've always wished the same for us and everyone as well,
that we could all come together again,
that things would be restored to the way they were before.
But from the way things are looking now,
I doubt that'll ever happen.
And for the record, I'm definitely not smart or intellectual.
Just look at my results.
Truthfully, I spent most of my time working for my mid-years while others were still pretty much slacking off.
Most of my results did worse than theirs comparatively.
So yeah.
