9 more days until it begins.
23 more days until it'll all be over.
I hope all my work pays off.
POA should be renamed PUTA to stand for pain-up-the-ass.
I honestly can't be bothered to work for it.
I can't seem to grasp my knowledge of accounting equations, trial balances and whatnot.
Once again, if parallel universes did exist, I pray I opted for D&T instead.
Other than this, I'm more or less confident about the MYEs.
Walking home today from our productive studying session today,
I thought of certain things.
My literature text(Things Fall Apart) can deeply relate to my life, in a sense.
Look at Okonkwo and Unoka for an example.
I mean, Okonkwo absolutely hated, despised, and detested his father, Unoka.
This results in him turning himself into somebody else.
It's like, a sort of an unnatural thing... if you catch my drift.
Like, life's supposed to be unpredictable and all.
You can't try to mold it into your preferred style, you know?
We're not an uncivilised society depending on yam crops and tribal councils for our future, we're a very decromatic 21st century modernised country.
Back then, Okonkwo had the power to change his life because he was determined.
Back then, he was perpetually unstoppable because of his great strength and his 'do-whatever-I-please-and-get-away-with-it attitude'.
Hence, he lived his life in a completely different way than that of his father, Unoka, whom he despised.
I realised I can relate to this as well.
Except I don't have the awfully brute strength of Okonkwo,
and Unoka isn't my dad.
Unoka is a certain group of people whom I shall not name.
And no, they're not dead, like how Unoka was.
They're in fact, very alive.
And the worst part is, I see them everyday.
Thinking through a little more, Okonkwo's attitude resulted in him actually killing people.
Of course, referred to in a literal sense back to those tribal days.
But today, you have the law, government, police and thick conrete prison cells.
I highly doubt I would go to that extent anyway.
But then again, it's the attitude that matters isn't it?
Ignorance is bliss, so they say.
I think I've said enough.
Sorry for wasting your time, if anyone actually bothered reading this.
Memories that fade like photographs.

I want to protest against e-learning.
Anyone with me?
I can't even explain how much it's a waste of time/electricity.
For starters, I have to start a blog to blog from Okonkwo's point of view.
Literature homework.
Stupid right?
What a waste of blogs.
Gee, I never knew Okonkwo owned macbooks in his time!
Yeah, so basically there's loads of work for every subject.
I'm not exaggerating, they actually organized it quite well.
That's not a good thing.
Sigh.
I have to catch up on school work as well.
KICKASS!
I wanna watch.
